Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for teammates who will work in the Purchasing Specialist position of our company.

      Who are we looking for

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially skilled in using Excel at an advanced level
• Strong analytical thinking with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, result-focused and responsible
• Communicates effectively and builds positive relationships

      Your Challenge

• Tracking the delivery processes of the purchased products and ensuring timely arrival to our warehouse
• Monitoring stock levels and aligning with the warehouse and supply planning teams
• Following up purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices and related documentation
• Communicating with suppliers regarding shipment timelines, delays and other operational issues
• Supporting the senior purchasing team by providing accurate and up-to-date data on stock movements and order statuses
• Coordinating with internal teams such as accounting, logistics, and category management for smooth process flow
• Assisting with the ERP data entries and ensuring all purchasing-related records are accurate and up to date
